By accessing or using Fusion Effect: ONE (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service may include virtual items, credits, or features for gameplay. These have no real-world value and are not property. We may modify or remove them at any time.

Harassment, hate speech, bigotry, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse are prohibited. This includes sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, or any demeaning language or behavior.
Keep interactions respectful. Do not impersonate staff, misrepresent affiliation, or attempt to manipulate or scam other players.
If you submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for operating and improving the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit.
To operate, secure, and improve the Service, we process account and technical data including your email address, IP address, browser/device details (such as user agent), and service logs with timestamps. We do not share player data with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on collection, use, retention, and sharing.
Fusion Effect: ONE does not share data we collect with third parties.
We aim to make the Service accessible and usable for as many players as possible, and we work in good faith to improve accessibility over time.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please report it through our support channels with enough detail for us to reproduce the issue (device, browser, page, and behavior). We will review reports promptly and prioritize reasonable fixes.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational or security reasons.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
